Shotz, to replie exactly at your question, your computer will be really good. If you can change the video card to a 5850 (ati) or maybe GTX 460 (nvidia) or even more, that would be really really good!

it should run fine you will get about +160 fps(i think u will get more
).
i get 100 fps average and here are my specs:
cpu:atlhon x4 620 2.6ghz
videocard:4200hd onboard(waiting my new power supply to use my gtx 460)
ram: 2gb
a good hard disk will help on the load process and maybe some fps increase.
edit:you should get the first one you mentioned its better and you can play almost any game out there. -
