Game Booster?

Ok, i just downloaded game booster and I thought itll improve my ping and FPS. So after i downloaded it I slide the bar to boost it up. Went on Crossfire. Played 2 games to test it out. Ping (usual was 50~60 ish) stayed at 50-60ish. The FPS (idk if this is bad) stayed at the usual 25~
If game booster isnt working properly, can u tell me how to make it work properly?

I'll just add that GameBooster isn't a sure thing for ping or FPS increases, as your system might very well already be running as efficiently it can.

Someone else who knows GameBooster can probably tell you if you missed a setting or two. *bump*

Yeah, a guy told me that all i have to do is slide the boost bar and that each game i play, itll boost until the max .:P

Gamebooster shutdowns your background programs so that your processor can devote more power to the game at hand, This will help with alot of computers, But as Dot said, your computer may be able to handel everything running along with the game. Still doesnt hurt to cut off all them back ground programs... Alot think gamebooster is a magic bullet. You can do the same without gamebooster, that is if ya know how to cut programs off?

Rexez "Game booster doesn't fail too much, it boost fps not ping.
Fps is frame per second. You might have like skype or internet browser, ect doing something and it takes memories. Game booster usually stop stuff like that and try to boost your fps to the best u can get. U might have close everything and and your best performance. You should pay for a better computer, upgrade, downgrade.
