Name card is blurry.

Ok, I have no name card, but when I look behind my name when I am in a game but not playing, the name card behind it is more blurry that other peoples. Is this normal?

  Omg. No dude to fix this crazy bug u need to open ur monitor and clean the dust and dirt. And call your mom about it
