This system is new. I'm having some troubles too, but you just need to be patient. The ribbons will soon get fixed just wait a couple of days...

Also make sure you actually do have Elite Grade B level 1, (The 4th Elite Badge, not the 2nd)

LOL! I've always wanted to make something like that *Cough*. ANYWAYS, are you guys talking about the badge reward for achieving it, or the ribbon reward for "Veteran Soldier" I think it was? If it's for the ribbons, like a guy said before me, the system is new so just wait.

Lucky u can have legit badges!!! I freaken have messed up badges and cant use smgs shottys and knife kills -- no one has helped me in like almost 2 months
