You shouldnt go to any z8games lookalike websites, hacking websites, zphackvids on youtube, stupid gay crap like that.
Never tell your pass to anyone. And its your fault if someone got the account access.
Its against the rules and z8games owns your account.
Now you see why I have never gave my info out to no one after my last big scam that happened.
I dont even trust the guys on the internet you can call your friends. -

first of all it was my account that got haked i understand and take full responsiblilty my brother is a 12 year old who thinks zp comes free but he did only give out my id and pass i dont know how they changed the email and pass but ive sent a report ticket.
and no my family aint stupid i lost a game acc how does that make my family stupid? -

Posting here about a fail doesn't do anything to help change it. Report it to the support system through a technical support, bug report or account ticket (if you lost your account information).
After thorough testing throughout our site the following is true and fact.
You cannot change your email without your security question answer.
You cannot change your password without your email.
Other facts to keep in mind.
There is only one site on the internet that can give you Z8Games Points. And that is www.z8games.com.
Do not go to other sites that claim to give you free ZP and ask for your account information.
You can purchase points through Playspan but even then, playspan doesn't ask you for your Z8Games information. If you purchase points through them you get a code to redeem on our website.
You should never give out the information on your account to anyone. This includes family members. The fact that he gave his ID and password to anyone means that this is now his fault.
