Help please!

I have a big problem with my main account, what happened was i couldnt remember my email so i changed it pressed verify and when i tried to sign in it says my pass was wrong then it said the email didnt exist in the database and now some F**k is playing on my account. As soon as it happened i put a support ticket in i was just wondering how long it takes them ? because that was last week and still no reply. :-|! He is gonna get it perm banned he is going through my friends list and asking ppl if they want free zp.
