my patcher and hgw doesnt work

same proplem here

when i run the game . it do not open . or patch . no thing happen . i try to open it agien and it says cant open 2 clintes at once . i try to open the cf patcher v5 alone . it also do no thing . it stop like 3 kb be4 the patch dl is complete
