[size=-2]I'm going to start this thread, knowing that I probably wont get any serious replies or any people who actually will consider what i'm going to be talking about. However, on the last lingering finger of hope i'm putting this out there.[/size]

I work SO hard to make a clan a real clan, not a bunch of people trying to get frags in a scrim. So what i'm looking for first of all, is for people who will put in the EFFORT to make themselves fit in with the other members.

I will never give up on this clan, theres a leader in me that just wont give up. I want every regular member to work on their game in their own time rather than me having to set up training sessions. I obviously do have training sessions, but i'm talking more on the indervidual side of the game, rather than teamwork.

I want people who listen well and do exactly what I call when scrimming, and I want people with gamesense. Gamesense is the key to being a good player, no baiting, no fraghunting, knowing when to do what and why. Every person included in my clan at the moment holds what I ask for.

Must haves:
1. Ventrilo (with a working mic)
2. Gamesense
3. Aim
4. Teamwork/Chemistary
5. The ability to do what I say in scrims. Listening.
