Applying to a clan... But it doesn't show.

A friend of mine is applying to a clan but his nickname doesn't show in the Members Management area. He tried to apply to diferent clans and it doesnt work in any of them.

Others could join the clan but no1 got the same problem. Can some1 help plz? thx
