Hello, i'm changed my account password and forgot it (yes, that's fail) I was trying send password to my e-mail, but my message hasn't arrived, perhaps because of my mail domain is mail.ru. What I'm should do to return my account?

After sending support ticket in a few days status of questions changes to "closed" What? Why support doesn't want help???
