When I Try and load up crossfire xtrap opens up with this message- some functions of the operating system has been corrupted please close any program which is affecting game client and restart the system. i dont know what to do , ive unistalled then reinstalled crossfire , restarted my computer, unistaled all my recent downloads. and none of that works please someone help me , and btw its no because i hack , i have never hacked and i never will.

It could be a running conflicting program, make sure to close all unnessicary programs and see if that fixes the issue, or a virus could be present, best follow a number of steps if that is indeed the case.

Make sure your PC is up-to-date.

All drivers updated etc..

DONT STRESS YOURSELF.

see if your antivirus is not affecting xtrap... do you have AVG?

i got avast. , im just abit stressed becuase ive got a Clantage to finish by sunday night.

what processes do you have running? this could effect XTrap as well...

dont name them, this is so you can be aware of them. i guess do a lil internet research... im not gonna help you with this part.

check your processes by opening Task Manager [CTRL+ALT+DEL] it will ether pop up or it will have a menu that says Task Manager on it.

Just this but when i load up crossfire i have nothing cuase it makes me Lag.

If that's the case try a system restore as you may have downloaded something bad.

Try exucting as adm if that doesnt work try to ctrl alt del and close everything unecessary

Calm down, can u put here a screen from ur processes so we can see if u have any program that xtrap doesnt like.
Try to open fraps only when ur in lobby dont open before u load the game.

As said before, close any 3rd party programs that are unneeded to see if it works, do this through taskmanager. If you need help deciding what processes you should close, screenshot me the list and send it here or PM.

What I meant by 'conflicting' is that there might be a program running that X-trap doesn't like. Even if its not a hack.

If that fails, scan your computer with Avast, if its the free version its not always real time protection and may be necessary to deep scan.
