Ping Decreases / Increases ? Server upgraded?

Well we all know with this patch , some things have changed and maybe even been upgraded. For one now at the login screen we see "NeoWiz " maybe a new partner with z8games...

For the main part Everyones pings have either gone down or up : Mine have decreased

Okay This PATCH IS AWSOMEEEEE AWOMSE I SAY!!!

my location : Ontario , Markham ......

Before Patch i used to get like 13-16 ping (Bell Internet):

Then i upgraded my Bell internet to New Bell Fibe internet....now ping is ( 8 - 10)

THEN WITH THIS PATCh ....... I love THIS NEW PING!!!!!!!!!!! ( 0 - 3 ) ROFL!!!!!!!! 0 Mother F'ing Ping!!!!
