Permanent Berets
It's a simple idea that came to me recently. The berets dont have to give EXP+, but simply give your character a stylish way to show off your rank or possibly a badge can be assigned to it. The EXP+ berets and permanent berets can have a distinct difference so that they're easily distinguishable.
Is this a good suggestion/bad suggestion? Are there any ways my idea can be improved? Please discuss :P

But yeah doesnt need to give EXP. But thats the main reason why people buy them. They think bigger ranks mean bigger d1ck.
So the more you give them, the more obligated they'll feel about getting it. They'll like it more.
