well this hacker was the usual in the wall getting 6-8 killstreaks
but then he said this
is it true that he can make new accounts forever and get away?
and if its true can we hardware ban him cuz he told me there is no such thing is that true?
BTW threatening a hacker doesnt intimidate him

Wow that background for CF is sick. Can you send me a link to were I can download it and what folder I have to enter it in? And people are so naive when it comes to hacking. They don't think about the consequences and it's just a joke. This dude is real dumb.

hardware bans can be tied to mac adresses of a computer. IP bans are the easier first step. the way i see it, and 1 thats being looked at is the issue of being able to create as many accounts as you want. recently they tied this to a e-mail. which is step 1, step 2 is a bot that checks ip adresses and bans any ips using more than 1 account at the same time in the same room (farmers and bots, not really a issue in CF). 1 solution is to add a whitelist. and also to make sure each account needs its own e-mail. tho i think they started working on that. step 3 is combining the 2 and catching multies from same IP with different e-mails.
bottomline its rare for ppl to start a game fresh and start hacking, it tends to start later as they lose and get frustrated. noob hackers is easy to spot, the bigger problem is the chams
