Er... close the program thats conflicting with it.... I thought that was pretty straight forward...

For the unstable error your firewall is blocking it.
Go to what ever firewall you have click on HGWC and click edit then click "outgoing"
This might work for the other xtrap error as well ^^
I fixed my unstable server error.
