Debate About the Price of the Wide Grenade.

well, after being quite excited about a new BP item seeing it as a 7 day item is silly, i can't run my life around how much i will play, next week might be busy so these 1 week items might just give me 3hrs of actual use. i understand BP are free BUT!!! people who buy ZP are forced to gamble and frequently win NOTHING for their money, BP and coupons are important as without those it boils down to forcing people to gamble, many of who are under 18. personally i percieve this 7 day wide grenade as a insult to the players spending money to support your game. giving away a more powerful grenade would be wrong, i think it would have been a better chance to just offer a reskinned weapon as you normally do and price it at 8-10k BP something for the collectors that will be unique in years to come.

i wanted a K-2 camo possibly with +5 bullets (not imba, easy to do and not hard to code), breathe some life into under rated guns. that doesn't mean i don't want a silenced AK and for all the its not realistic ppl meh... jumping sideways whilst crouching in the air and shooting a sniper rifle is unrealistic... so pff

now your walking on thin ice. we are happy you made a patch, the BP mall and the coupons NEED a overhaul. now, i have moderated many games and worked for a lot of big games distributors. the trend these days goes towards getting maximum profit for minimum investment, its a far cry from the days of buying a game and then occasionally downloading a patch. my issue is solely aimed at the gambling aspect involved here. they don't pay you to call me a ungrateful ****, they give you mod powers and perks on your ingame account so you can be mature and deal with issues that arise. this isn't about being ungrateful nor is it about the money machine needed. you have at z8 done a good amount of work to keep the game moving and you do add content, i am far from ungrateful. it was nice to see a patch when i was not expecting 1 before christmas. the issue here is about how can z8 continue to make money, keep the game fresh and get more ppl to WILLINGLY gamble on ZP. if there is nothing for players who have bought over 200 ak scope crates, thats a LOT of money, you will alienate the community at some stage. why not offer a way to buy something permanently? only the hardcore would spend 100£ on the game, thats insane.. but people have to and still don't win the weapon they want. i think its not unreasonable to ask for a bit of a middlepoint here. edit: i'm going to get banned now arent i

i have also come across similar problems, especally if the developers are asian and the contracts are sold and the copyrights set (can be difficult). i've seen distributers change hands and whole regions ip banned because of the amount of contracts the developer or publisher sets out. developer>publisher>distributor> moderator... and you deal with all the kak. what the community wants is to see that our feedback is being passed along and that we are a community that puts the bread on the table. look at ijji that failed to please, got hacked, lost the contract to bigpoint, just got it back its a joke and a disaster both companys were forced to close many games. and at z8 prolly only saidin is really employed and runs with what he can. its his communication with the devs and publishers that we need to see. and the people posting here mainly are the ones supporting. the BP mall has been a issue for a long time. to reskin a model is not hard, you just have to extract the tga's and then compress them back into the games code. we arent asking for miracles. the UK server was long overdue and look at it... its the biggest server you got now.
