You should stop doing missions at same place like THe Mine.

Try to do mission in another map and you should get......

I've needed my R2 tag for a while now... 2 weeks or so. I've gotten F tags 3 days in a row now. I don't know if it's all just chance or if there's an actual system to determine when you'll get your tag. Good luck getting it though.
