I know this is not the spot to put it. but how do i refund my coupons send a support ticket? does this work? and how long will it take?

Yeh, go to support ticket. And it really depends on how busy z8 games staff is.

I tried to refund an accidental mp5 adv that i bought and they never gave me it back. I sent in support ticket and 3 weeks later got more zp and got the gun i wanted. Then the day after i buy the gun i wanted and use all my coupons, they finally answer my support ticket and say that my coupons have been refunded. The thing is, they never gave me my coupons >.>
OT: anyone but me can get their coupons back

They gave me 20 cupons back! u need to be careful with cupons or u will get a MP5-adv!

you dont get it back if you buy like an ak knife? or something permanent? like the custom.

Nope.
Once you`ve bought something, you can`t re-exchange it again.
