Mines been alive longer plus more popular. (;I'm sure I have posted in this before but meh...
Just a question, Would the GS character give the opposing players a disadvantage in any way?
EDIT: I'm talking about night time mode btw.>.>

If you could chose the ability to change between night and day, then the maps would have to change completely. Designers would need to add shadow to certain parts of the map (FPS drop) and make it look more realistic. Unless you want the sky to turn black and nothing else changes on the maps....then FPS won't drop I suppose
I really want the ability to add weather effects on our game (Snow/Rain), it looks really cool in another game that I played.
If FPS doesn't drop and it looks cool, then +1. If FPS drops or maps look the same...then -1 -

i'd love to see different times and weather changes. Alaska is the only one that has different weather...better yet the rain or snow can be random like in this one crappy game I used to play called flyff. some people suggested jungle style maps too...
I think they don't add those details because our BR and foreign friends would lag more since they are poor and have old computers. but they could make it an option to turn weather effects off or on.... -
CrossFire should give us the option to make our maps day or night time. Wouldn't that be cool? There are a few maps I would like to be at night, but we don't have that option.
Personally, i really like this idea, maybe we will talk about this when we get good timing for it.:)
