Banned 7 days for nothing.

Hi! Yesterday my main account got banned for 7 days, it says it was banned for usage of hack or illegal program, wich i never used, and i never had one. The problem is that i invested time and money in that account, and to get banned like that is unacceptable. I've done 2 tickets allready but got no answer yet. I had done this account just to post on Forum, i hope here the resolve will come quicker. I can't afford not to play 7 days just because someone or something did a mistake. Please unbann my account, i never used hacks and i never will. My main account's character name is Seven*Leafs ( i won't post account username here ), please unbann it.

PS: The game's anticheat protection program never kicked me for hack or illegall program or something, never had problems like this before, yesterday i just woke up that my account is banned. I don't think someone would use hacks and risk the account they invested money, i was banned by mistake or some error in the game guard probably.

    Lots of people who hack bought ZP. Just saying. Its not an excuse nor a free pass to cheat.
    The best way to avoid getting banned by the automatic system is to not have any kind of cheats (FOR ANY GAME) on your PC. It will be picked up.


    XTrap error messages such as "Hack tool detected" are unrelated to the 7 day bans.



    If you're not getting a satisfactory reply from the support desk, just wait the week out. Submitting two tickets during 2 days is poor form.

    1st of all: i did not said that the fact i bought ZP is an excuse to use hack, i said that i invested money and never broke the rules and got banned for a false reason, thats all.
    2nd: is there any way to find out what program was causing the anti cheat program to ban me? i don't have any hacks in my PC, may a virus or some wrong working program 'cause this?
    3rd: sorry for my bad english, i submitted 2 tickets (1 at technical issues section and 1 to complains) 'cause i didn't knew to wich one should i adress for being banned like this. I hope to get an answer really soon tho'.

    One more question: Lets say this is worked up one way or another (i get unbanned quicker or i wait 7 days), but being banned for no real reason, if a mistake like this happens again i get permanent ban? I mean now i got banned for nothing, next time if same mistake happens i get permanent ban for nothing?:|
