Game freeze

When will I get a answer to this,I googled this **** over 200 times.0 good responses.
Whenever I played even if I just start the game and I'm in a channel,my game freezes for like,2-3 seconds.It freezes every 10 seconds.Wtf.

1:disk defiragmenter
2:gamebooster: 2 (key: D4B5F-29CDA-EF33C-56060)
3:close firefox,explorer etc.
4:go to task manager and look if you have plugin-container.exe opened, if you do close it its the plugin for watch vid on youtube and it take some speed.(if you want it back just refrest your browser )
5: put your game graphic to low
6: i cant think of any
