dreamweaver, you need some html/css background though, i currently use it and i find it easy, it cost money but there are ways to get it for free..

I use forumwise.com They have most of the stuff your looking for. They have the Forum's, Member Page, Register Page, Ability to delete registered account's/ ban them/ change the password and name, Ability to make other people Admin and forumwise.com has it's own Forum for Admin where you can make a topic for you question or problem.


This Carrier is awesome if you don't mind having (name).forumwise.com for a website.

Build your own website, theres millions of scripts you can use, even though it will still require a bit of web coding backround. Then create your own forum, and you can throw them together (depending on your coding skill).

Hell, you don't really need to an actual website for a single game clan, even multi-gaming communities only have a forum page. For this, I'd recommend buying IPB, or if you can't http://smffree.com/

Remember guys, if you seen his post's, he's trying to make a league... I don't think free website builders will help, although there is one couple ladder scripts up there, just get a free host and upload it, make some mysql db and you got it. Sport, if your trying to make a league, you need knowledge and money(for hosting/domain)... and it seems like your still asking this community for help with making one of the easiest parts of the "league"... the site.
