I like number 3. It's original, and it doesn't have a render on it. A logo / wall paper that has a name / logo should be kept the center of attention. One of the things I've learned over past experiences.

number 2 is cool. that being said you really should make the words stand out more by making them thicker and/or bigger. May want to have a shadow or glow effect as well.

I think you should work off #1. Right now, it's a decent logo, but you could add some more contrast to it so it's not so bland.

If you want my opinion: get rid of that center alignment and make it right aligned. Enlarge the soldier, and make him BIG. Like 300% or 400%, it's okay to have part of him going off the screen, and lower the opacity of him down to about 40% (maybe even more for his gun, so it doesn't take away from the title), and put the title and logo over it, in a different color. And I would get rid of that gold slash from the lion's paw. It seems very arbitrarily placed and kind of looks like it's coming from his hand?

All in all, I like it a lot right now, but I'm sure you could make it better.
