Administrator of z8 - help!!!
Dear Administrator! Since 31 October, can not play CF! My account is Lieutenant Colonel, I have at least one gun each, all available weapons, and I own several of these six units. All my guns are gone, vanished, as well as items such as cap, goggles, grenades, knives, absolutely everything. This event occurred after I bought about 80 guns each GP, won a Halloween Kriss, and bartered coupons for a second gold AK. (There were about 80 guns because I was nearly 2.5 million GP and spent until 75 thousand). The fact is that when I try to walk into any room, a message that I do not own primary weapon, and I need to buy, but if I buy a gun, the GP is charged, but the gun does not appear in the same way that all other. I already sent message to tech support Web site z8, but so far have given no answer, and I am unable to play. On the site of Z.8 my weapons appear, I can not login to my account at CF, access servers and channels, but not access any room.

Ok, but how many days you think they have to make an answer?
usually 24-48 hours. 3 days is about as long as it takes to get a reply these days. Just be patient, the support crew will have a look at your request and help you as best they can. -

The problems that already exist!

Dear Administrators, as I''ve mentioned previously, I spent about 2 million GP in the days of buying weapons. I did as follows: it bought the weapons available to hold the sixth weapon is automatically locked when the possibility of buying the same gun seventh. Done in order to arrive if I''m not mistaken, the weapon QBZ95, I bought all (MP7, MP5, M4A1, K1A, Type89, etc etc) I got 6 guns of each one.
The acount returned but without all the weapons that i bought, the ZP''s GP''s not returnn and the items too, some I had for over 1000 days, have no more part of the some ZP itens, beret, exp 50%, nothing more this asset. We cleared all the items. The gun Kriss Halloween (I send the print attached) also is not in my portfolio. Actually this is a great inconvenience. Learn what is solvable. Thanks again.
