Coupons

Ok, so I need some help cause I don't know what to do...
About a 10-15 days ago I had 47 coupons and was just browsing to see what I could get when I reached 50 coupons... I decided that I would get combat axe when I reached 50 coupons so I closed the coupon exchange thing and got a message saying "purchase complete"... I got a mp5-adv 90days and lost 10 coupons... (I don't want this!)

I submitted a support ticket about 15 minutes after that and then another one later that day. I read their "refund/exchange" policy thing to make sure they would refund me..
It said that a refund was possible "when users have experienced an error and gotten the incorrect item" it also said "No refund for coupon items after the 48 hour time period will be accepted and no exchange requests are possible."

So the next day I sent in another ticket to make sure that they know I submitted my ticket within 48 hours...

I waited a couple of days... One ticket was closed, the other had a message saying "please be patient" and the third had a message of their "refund/exchange" policy which I was already aware of... I replied again and asked if I could get refunded for my 10 coupons...

It's been about 8 days since the last message I've sent and I've gotten no real reply and no refund... 2 tickets are now "closed" and one is "replied" with "please be patient"...

Can someone help me?? I just want to get my coupons refunded. thnx

    Yes, hopefully someone will see this and help me.
    All I want is my 10 coupons back and to take away the mp5-adv I have no use for it it's just rusting in my storage.

  • I replied to one of my tickets and now it has been "Open" for more than 10 days without reply. Is it being ignored or what? I don't want to be annoying by writing another ticket or something cause they might just "close" it without helping me.

    It doesn't look like I'm going to get a reply
    Does anyone have suggestion? What I should do?

    mp5adv is not much bad you can use it and get your scout badges i also have it and i have scout 5th badge
  • yea that happend to me too but with an m4 adv 90 days when i was like 1 off getting perm axe

    Did you get refunded? If so what did you do?
