This is 4th gen. It isn't another gen, if you're able to bunny you can change direction bunnying. Otherwise, don't bother.

When im bhopping i nvr start off running to do the 4th generation bhop. I simply start with the normal bhop and slowly turn from looking back to forward, turning ive been doing 4 a while i didnt know it was special O.O
I also know this other bhop taught to me by a friend, its insane u bhop like 50% faster, but its like 10x harder to do than normal 4th.

I taught myself. I was too shy for anyone to teach me so one day after the crouch jump was effed up in the game forever...i just ended up bhopping o.o
