I neve used hack and I hate hakers and If you banned me that means you should have some replay right. I said before and now I sai it again show me that replay where I used hack. I have a lot of items zp and gp items that wi expire and ban me for no proove means you are thiefs. So unles you came with a replay where I used a real hack. I hope you get cancer and die for real. Becouse I never did enything to ypu but you did to me. So I hope you die for real usless thiefs and I hope I get the ghance to spit on your graves.

Never heard of anyone being banned for no reason, except maybe 1-2 occasions. Chances are they caught you with a cheat engine on your computer with the new malicious software detection system they implemented, but I hope I'm wrong and you haven't cheated and you will get your account back shortly. I call them brainlless becouse they are brainless, I don't care about anwer replay becouse they have no other answer to give exept, "we are sorry we have no replay to show but you can buy some more zp and renew your items". I can bet my life that they have no replay becouse I know I din't use any hack. Asking the replay is just to show to all players that they ban users for no reason.
I already did but the point is that this all story proove that they are usless thiefs, that don't ban hakers, and I hope more and more players will quit buy zp. I already quit becouse they are thiefs. -

To be more specific, you got a seven day ban because of the in-game detection code, not necessarily because of a specific replay. So, before you go calling people brainless, get your facts straight. Second, if you do feel that you were wrongly banned, crying on the forums isn't going to get you anywhere. Unless you can provide 100% proof that you NEVER hacked at one point in Cross Fire, then you're going to have to wait. Case closed. -
Once again we will go over some of the things that make forum posts like this completely useless.
For one, no one here on the forums can see the activity on your account. They may have no idea whether your brother decided to use the computer, or you were at a friends place. Or that you tried a hack back in August which is still located on your computer or whatever the case may be.
Or that you tired to click on a phishing website, and someone else was on your account. Or you fell to some other scam, and someone got a hold of your account and hacked on it.
Or that you had security question answers or passwords that people guessed. "password" is not a very good password. For example.
Polleus basically said the same thing here.
We provide a method for you to be in contact with us if you have a dispute. Our evidence and say is final on the matter, by the Terms of Use that you agree to when you make an account/play the game.
Please use those means instead of these forums because no one here is going to be able to know or figure out the full case.
