Bought 50k ZP, did not reward me, used $42.99

Hello. I will explain my circumstances.

I've had this verizon wireless rebate card since Janurary and decided to use it to buy some ZP. Having $50 on the rebate card, I decided to buy 50k ZP knowing it was only $42.99.
I logged in, click Deposit, clicked on the Clickandbuy radio button and clicked buy now for 50k ZP for $42.99. After logging in to ClickandBuy.com, I chose the 'Pay with credit card' option and filled out my information. After putting in my rebate's card's information, it said that the transaction was not complete.
So, I tried using buddyshops. I went back, clicked the buddyshops radio button, clicked buy now for 50k ZP for $42.99 and clicked the moneybookers.com option. I hit continue and filled out my information for this site. I get a 'Transaction failed' saying the payment/transaction was declined by my card. I clicked Please Try Again and chose my card again, put in my CVC code, clicked Confirm, and got a "This transction have been processed!".

In addition to proof from the purchase site, you can call #8997 or (#VZWR for verizon phones) or go to www.verizonwireless.com/rebates and log in using my rebates card information to see the balance on the card (I must first make sure you* are a z8games representative/admin). After calling, it says that my balance is $7.01. ($50.00 - $42.99 = $7.01)

Now, I checked my ZP points and still saw that I had 474 ZP points (old).
Since I did not get my 50k ZP, I decided to use my 'real' debit card by Bank of America.
Here is my proof of transaction for this purchase.

From this, we see that my 'first' transaction was complete yet I was not rewarded 50k zp.
From the 'second' transaction (through Bank of America), my transaction was complete and I was rewarded 50k zp.

Here shows my 50k zp added (with my previous 474) and not 100k zp like it should be.

What I am requesting is either or all of the following:
- An addition of 50k ZP to my account OR a refund to my verizon wireless rebates card
- To speak with a z8games representative (via phone, email, internet chat, in-game meeting, etc.)
