Failed to connect to host server

I get this error at least once per game. Seeing as I have been playing mostly in the clan wars server this is getting really frustrating. I have tried the "Disconnect Due to Incorrect Map Info/Hack Tool Detected"-Sticky and it did not do a thing. Just wondering if there is something else that I could possibly do to resolve the problem..
