We keep extremely close track of every supplier for additions to our automatic ban system as well as XTrap.

YOUR hackers specifically will most likely be banned when its your turn in the ticket queue and if you submitted the ticket properly.

It's been over 3 months now, I submitted with video. You can't possibly be telling me that it takes that long to ban a hacker. If it does, you need to hire more banners, and less moderators. Just telling you from a business standpoint.

Moderators aren't hired, we're volunteers to keep the 'banners' doing the banning.
With video in the form of a .cfr file?

yep, each and every one with video in form of .cfr file

if I can't get .cfr file, I wont bother reporting

of course, after seeing they are all still playing, I might as well download their hacks and join them, since crossfire is not going to do anything about them.

Edited to add: yeah, I'm F'ing ****ed. Crossfire is doing nothing to ban the hackers. My clan leader has spent over $1000 USD and has noticed the hacking to the extreme.

I'm really interested to hear what crossfire is doing to ban the hackers. I don't know of anyone who has reported a hacker and that hacker has been banned. I see no reason not to download every hack I can find. What is crossfire gonna do, ban me? Yeah right.

They are more interested in banning people who make sense. Like those who suggest Brasil should be banned entirely.

No, we won't tell you everything that is being done to every hacker.
No, ZP purchases doesn't entitle you to anything aside from the actual ZP.
Yes, you can submit another report if you feel that the previous one wasn't processed properly.

Funny how people on this site decide to wait for 3 months and then cry, when they just ask the question again in any other helpdesk if the answer wasn't satisfactory.
