IP banning is not a useful tool. We've utilized it and find that the number of ways to falsify or circumvent IPs makes this sort of banning inefficient, ineffective, and prone to catching innocent victims.

They do IP Ban. Under some circumstances. Kolby was caught twice. Ive also seem many hackers get IP banned.
However, like stated, it isnt too useful.. but it does happen.

U can Banned now for ever or not??

Because my Friend was hacking and his acc banned for 7 days

And all said banned for ever

What now?
