new pc set up = too cool for crash fire ?

ok i load cf up it gets the the start game and xtrap loads it starts to go full screen and it crashes with no error messages.

im running:
xp sp3
asus m4a88t-v evo
amd Phenom2 x6 core 3.5 ghz black edition
4ghz corsair dominator ddr3 2000
corsair HX750 modular psu
2 nvidia 9500 gt's in sli < not so gd but et 150 fps in 8 v 8....
^ is all fully watercooled.

i have installed all the latest drivers and all the updates are installed. i have installed AVG and i know there was a problem with this before..... but cant remmeber the fix.

any ideas ? cf loads when i use a program called win2klauncher. but i get 14 fps. GG
