Report issue
Greetings cf community and staff,
A while ago you have made report way easier. Thanks to this I started to report.
I only report obvious wall hacking, glitchers or one shot killers (or others as walk through walls...). Today I went to check if all those I had reported untill now were banned.
To my surprise even the one shot killers I reported (MM or not) have recently played.
This really is bs but I'll still report just in case one day one gets banned.

This was explained somewhere.
But z8games had gotten a bug with the new system.
If you report multiple people the Second and Third guy wont show to the GM's.
So do more reports.
Yeah its happened, it sucks, but I still love the new system. -

Same here.
Regardless of all the lame excuses that I got, the fact is 6 months after I reported VIP hackers that were killing whole teams in 2 secs they are still playing the game.
I save hack replays but that is about all, I don't bother sending them in anymore. -
On the contact history table they need to add another field with the result of our reports. I find it totally crap not knowing what happened with my report. Was a hack? I had hallucinations? I'm an idiot who doesn't know what's that a hack! Write something.

The way I see it. You, just as others, report on a daily basis, or as frequent as possible. We have thousands of players who play this game, and, undoubtedly, thousands of them report one person a day. Thus, Z8 Support gets 1000 reports on a daily basis. The Support Team isn't a 24/7 service, and the team obviously does not sit in the whole day and read through them all. 1000 is just one day, and you can be sure that somewhere, there are many reports of a regular player [albeit, if they think that they are "pro"] being reported for no reason.
The thing is, they just can't handle so many reports. They have a high priority [one click-ers, speed hackers] and a low priority [chammers, glitchers, bug abusers]. Even then, reading through all of them, going on Cross Fire, waiting for the rounds, and making a decision based on info henceforth collected, it takes a good 10 minutes. 1000 reports on a day to day basis, 7000 reports weekly, is a good 70000 minutes out of their life. That's 19 and a half hours that the support team would technically have to sit down and waste.
I know, some people report the same person, but the support team isn't Einstein. They do lose memory.
I'd say, as my feedback, give them some slack, they work as hard as they can. In my opinion, they're overworked. -
I would say we should have trusted players be able to volunteer to filter out the bad ones from the good for like either a small reward or nothing I'd be glad I'm helping

There's an "Exact" Username tick off, to make searching faster and easier. -
19 hours Hi? Divide that by the IDK 10 people they have for support that is less than 2 hours per person. Add maybe 2 more hours per person for other support tickets for this so called "SUPPORT TEAM" that is a 4 hour day ahead of these guys meaning they still have another 4 hours atleast to work on backlog.
I still believe they hired monkeys for a support team. -
GLADLY! As it would be my job to do AND get paid for.Why don't you come in and sit down for a day of your life every week and do it.

I don't think that they have a team. It's just a team of volunteers that do it. Not sure, but I doubt it pays high.
I still believe their so called "Support staff" is non-existant and an attempt to keep peoples hopes up so they keep shoveling in Zeepeeeeeeee -

That reminds of times when I buy a service from someone I know is an individual and he/she says "We will complete the work to specifications and within the time frame requested" as if they are a company or something:D
