How to give paid ZP prize to another member?

Well it's turns out I was actually doing it wrong.

I purchased a $20 Ultimate Game Card from playspan as I didn't realise I could have purchased the 20k ZP code from them instead. I was then going to Deposit > Redeem Code > Playspan and entering the ESN number, After all, an ESN is what I received from them in the email.

So it turns out I should have gone to Deposit > Prepaid Card > Ultimate Game Card > Buy the 20k ZP and then enter the ESN into the PIN field. I am positive I had already tried that previously but this time it worked.

What is pretty frustrating thought is that the email you receive with the ESN tells you to go ultimate game card to get instuctions on how to redeem the code. UGC then tells you to go back to the playspan website market place to make your purchase when in fact you can't do this with a UGC you buy online, this can only be done with an actual UGC purchased in store.

It's not surprising there have been problems with redeeming codes as mentioned on the link above, when they have you running around in circles and trying to use codes in the most obvious places which turns out to be wrong.

I'm glad I was only doing this as a test and don't use them often!
