Z8 Support Blows
seriously i get the most useless replies that never offer any solution and now my account i had since apr 09 is now f**ked and z8's official reply was "have fun in game" then close the request as if they solved the problem, pathetic.
ps bet this gets removed just like the support requests.

If you feel that the reply you recieved was insufficient, post in your ticket again.
Every ticket that gets read is instantly marked as closed (for hack reports), and instantly when replied to for regular tickets.
It doesn't mean you have to sit quietly. Just submit another reply, clarifying your problem and that the issue wasn't resolved. -

yeah its already been closed then resubmitted then i get "have fun playing" is the person reading the tickets's high or what? i also said if they cant fix the issue for me then delete my z8 account , which i played with daily since apr 09 whats the point when if a problem occur's they blame the server and btw tough shet have fun. also having done technical support for a online games company in the past if i said what they said i woulda been fired lol -

support does suck once ive told them if they can remove a gun from my account i dident want anything in return i even typed it in the ticket 2 times and reply said sorry we cannot give u a refund when i clearly stated in the ticket i dont want a refund trash support prolly bots

So what is the problem?

They have new staff. They need more training.

The main problem is because they have bots answering the tickets, but after you send a replay in the same ticket 2-3 times a GM should actually type something and not just a automated message.
I reported a typo on the Beretta AR-70 gun amo it says 30/105 it should be 35/105 and they answered me:
"You have never exchanged an Ak-47 Camo in your account."

Well for one, this is kinda against the rules.
Number two, instead of raging about the support. Talk nicely and try to the community.
Number three, Try to look at what the GM's are saying. Then explain to them what your problem is.
I really liked subagames tho.. I have no clue what happened to the Phone Support thing.

Whatever happened to the phone support, cause back at subagames they had phone support and when it switched it disappeared and I havent seen it since, so what happened?
And yeah the web form is kinda bleh and it takes more times to tell the gms exactly what u wanted to say.
That is why I loved the phone support, but at least if you asked a question like I did above.
You wouldnt sound like a dewche demanding orders, and maybe people wouldnt think your a raging 8 year old.
Yes web form stinks but theres other ways to talk about stuff like this.

I'd say, as my feedback, give them some slack, they work as hard as they can. In my opinion, they're overworked.

You realize that the Support Team isn't your personal prep team that is supposedly supposed to run around with you. You agreed to a free service, and paying ZP doesn't give you any more rights. If you, pardon my french, "F***ed" up your account, who's problem is that? Definitely not Z8Game's. They OWN your account.
