Windows 7 and CrossFire

So i have Windows 7, on my new laptop 2,2 Ghz with Nvidia GeForce 310M. And when im on CF it always lag. I would like to know if this problem could be fixed cause my Vista has stabile Ping on 60 but not my Win 7.
