Been attempted and failed on more than one occaison. IRC and CF were never ment to be, xfire and the Echo 8 lobby is where it's at.

just go to E8 adn spam 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5

The one linked above is the IRC that's been around for awhile, given it was once a different channel, it's that one.

Ringing and Scrimming Channels have been tried many times before and if you looked you would see that.
