Invited Friend reaches: SFC1 ???
Hy, I reach yesterday (10 hours ago!) rank SFC1. My friend invited me ingame and this morning I didnt get the prise (Your Friends Rewards: 2500 ZP 7 Day M4A1-Adv).
Its weard because i got every other prise next day but now I didnt get it. I have only one day left untill the end of this friend invite so im wondering if im going to get it?
Please tell me there is a hope

You've waited exactly a few hours if you submitted your ticket friday evening.
GMs do not work weekends.
The system is at a potential 24 hour backlog, possibly more during weekends, meaning it can take a while for rewards to take effect.
Regardless, as you've already submitted a ticket, wait for a reply. GMs get in office in 6 hours, expect a reply after that, if they get to your ticket today. -
There is not a lot the public can do here.
We need the account information of the players involved. This should be a simple process.
Like the clan page, some of the database stuff gets updated on a regular (but not instant) schedule. This could mean that while your friend leveled in game it didn't get updated in our system until the day after.
If you send a support ticket in with some of the details (like the account who invited, and the invitee, the person who leveled up). Then we can easily have a look at whats going on and figure out the problem (if there is one) and get your rewards to you!

As a small addition to this, everyone please make sure your friends are the correct level to get the rewards since many of the ranks can look similar at times.
If they really are the correct rank then you should get the rewards the next day. If not please make sure to send in a support ticket and our staff will be sure to help.
