cLarity trying out

Will be closing in the near future.

Read the requirements below closely.

1. Have vent AND a microphone. Following that be able to Call AT ALL TIMES, don't rage after you die, if you really need to rage wait till after you call and yell off vent.
When I call a strat don't argue with me AT THAT MOMENT, we can talk about it after the scrim and work on it after. Also I am OPEN for ANY strat suggestions and if you have one that you would like to try we can see how it works.

2. Mature/15+. Seeing as how my cousin is 15 and has the voice of a 30 year old I'm accepting 15 and up with VERY little exceptions. I also need smart players with gamesense, I don't care as much about your Aim as I do your Gamesense.
Be tough, be able to take a joke or be yelled at (Which I may do sometimes, but don't take it to heart).

3. Dedication is key, if you're not willing to stay then don't bother asking for a tryout. I like people that are dedicated to be active and make the practice times we will be setting up.
Now I don't mind if you're off 1-2 days a week, but being on 2-3 hours A WEEK, is unacceptable here.

4. Don't talk in game, it's not going to get you anywhere and is frankly ANNOYING.
If you simpley cannot help yourself, block there chat. Also once the BEGINNING of the round starts don't talk.

5. Aim/Gamesense is needed at an average level, we CAN help you improve whether it is through scrims or practicing amongst ourselves.

6. This team is all about chemistry, also if you can't take being sat out every once in awhile this team isn't for you. (Everyone deserves AND will get a chance).

7. If you can't perform on client don't come, cheating is UNACCEPTABLE.

8. Tryouts are held for a few more weeks, after that anything is INVITE ONLY, get here while you can. Following that tryouts are held in Echo 8 scrims, over a time period of 2-3 days, you can get cut before and after. (After is mostly of bad behavior, or failing to follow these rules)
