Looking for a respected EU scrim team

I like simple posts, so i'll keep this one simple too.
I'm looking for a respected EU scrim team who knows how to play smart and got good chemistry/teamwork.
About me.
I'm 19 years old and have played alot of First persons shooters and on some games I've played the competitive side aswell, such as the first CoD.
On crossfire itself I've played in the first knock out tournament of wogl. and the CSN tournament.
I mostly use the QBZ or the M4a1, and if in the mood i like to snipe sometimes.
I got a good Microphone and I'm not scared to use it.
I Call in scrims.
I got a beast headset for my sound.
I'm what you can say very active, mostly online from 17:00 - 01:00 gmt+1
I live in Holland ~30ish ping in UK servers.
The competitive side is the only aspect which attracted me to play this game, because let's be honest the pubs only P*ss people off because there are too many hackers, m12s, scar light, spop, star and armor users.
which all are luckily banned from any kind of competitive tournament.
I don't know what else to say, most People from the EU pug community should know me or atleast have seen me. i can hold my own when i have too.

Tbh Pancake, join #Converse.
We are actually a really good clan in the making, we played that clan that qualified for WEM... ru.Legends yesterday, and no disrespect to them, but we managed to tie.
Yeah, we have 20 members atm, but im looking to let a few go so i can work on the team more. iLif joined, Clar1ty, we actually have some nice EU players in here that work well as a team.

I don't want to be mean but the players you selected to join are partial the reason i left Endgame.
and the clan got disbanded when i left.
So I'm not sure.
I was kinda hoping to get some more information about multiple respected EU scrim clans, so I can choose which clan i want to try out for.
I keep Converse in my mind.

Its Much Better and tbh #Converse. seems workable since the Leader is Hardworking and always trying to get the best able Strat for many maps. May you can Help him do that like you did in EG. We played ru.legends and drawed with them , no GG return. Would like you join us agian, since this will go huger than EG.

I will not make any blabla and make it simple.
We are not the best team on the market, but we are decent. f you want to join us and build a better team with us, you are welcome. Specially we missed a first-class strat caller.
