Patch fails all the time

I try to patch the game but it said Failed to Download version.ini. How can i fix this please help me.
Version is V3

Open your version.ini file located in your Crossfire folder and tell me what it says.

In the file called "version" or "version.ini" add this.

Hm. Then add this file to your folder. If it doesnt let you, you need to redownload.

Add both of these to the Crossfire folder.

You should have admin permissions to do so. I assume you have since you can run CF
