Support refuses to give password with proof! [NEED GM/ADMIN HELP!]
Ok, short story is. I quit this game a while ago because a game I used to play just launched back up so I wanted to gear up there quickly and now I want to start playing this game a bit since I'm geared up on the game. I don't know what the password is for one of my accounts. I've tried using the lost password service but I have so many e-mails for spam and zp offers I just lost count. I asked the support if they could check the I.P of this account and the account I want information from and they just seemed to ignore it and kept telling me one sentence responses like I still don't have enough information to retrieve any info from the account I lost. Well, after asking continuously they still seemed to ignore it and they also ignored my question which was, why can't they just tell me the e-mail? There's a chance I can get it back if I know what e-mail is registered on it since I generally use the same password for my e-mails. Games are different because some require numbers etc. Anyways, they didn't tell me the e-mail either. Now, they said I didn't have enough information. The thing is, I filled out the WHOLE form except for acc creation date which I didn't know at the time but knew after I checked an e-mail for registration. Other than that I also didn't fill in paypal info and metin2 bank/etc info because this is for crossfire, not metin2, and I don't own a paypal. So that being said I filled in all the important data except for acc creation date which in my mind doesn't seem that important in pw recovery. Well, I thought an I.P would be enough even though I filled out the whole form and they didn't say anything about my I.P. Can't they check the I.P's of this account and the account I'm trying to retrieve the info from? If they can then it's the same which means the account belongs to me because I haven't reset my router since I got it back in '06. I have screens of the whole conversation and also censored some account/info and links to my I.P and other things for my own privacy reasons. And yes, I also gave them screenshots for proof. Why is it so hard to retrieve a password? Or at the very least just an e-mail! Also, yes they just ended up closing it, I guess they gave up, I have no idea >.> I also wasted rest overs of my pre-paid credit for my phone and bought some zp with SMS offers. If any admin is reading this and if a cellphone number for ZP offers would help in recovering the password please tell me, I won't post it here publicly. But yea if someone of higher authority than the support desk can help me then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE contact me here for further help. I can give you my I.P and ANY information you request to help.

So, the e-mail that was sent to me thru PW recovery had all wrong information? I wouldn't give any info if it was all wrong. Plus the new ticket I sent has SMS transactions with the transaction code. Whats so hard to understand? Do I have to make an mp3 file and read the e-mail to your support or what? All the info is right, I provided screenshots, hell, even the text from the e-mail yet SOMEHOW it's still wrong. I can't wait to see what reply I get tomorrow for my ticket, assuming tickets aren't read to on weekends. -
Wrong info can lead to steal someone his password. Z8Games cant tell if you are the real owner, or someone that got some info about the account. So yea it realy scks if you are the real owner.
Yea, I am the real owner I even own the youtube account and have videos of myself on crossfire but they said they don't use that for proof >.>, Plus I sent a new ticket a few days ago with all the information correct, even some SMS transactions with the ID's, still have the texts on my phone from zongpay, don't know if it can help or anything but I put them there. Only thing I didn't fill out was the metin2 bank stuff and the paypal info because this is for crossfire and I don't have my own paypal. If it comes down to it I'll make a video of logging myself into my youtube account. But can't they just check what IP's are registered on the accounts? I gave the I.P for a reason not just so they can look at it and ignore it. Also, they won't even tell me the e-mail that's registered onto it, why the hell not I can do it all by myself if they don't want to help me with password recovery. No offense but the support here sucks, I'm not the only one who thinks that. My tickets just get closed for no reason sometimes, goes to show they don't want to put up with some of them, then why do they do tickets? All my info was correct and I had screens to prove it too. Do you want me to make a 20 page essay on why it's my account? I filled the whole form, and put a boatload more info in the box thing at the bottom of the ticket. I'm saying that because they also told me I didn't have enough information to retrieve information from my other account. Ok, then make the form bigger it's not my problem that filling in the whole form and box isn't enough for them. At least think before you reply to the tickets, if they even reply in the first place. The last ticket I made was some time last week now it's tuesday the next week and still no reply, even added a note asking if they will reply to it or not. -
You need two pieces of valid information for support to assist you, there are quite a few tickets that come in each day. If you can't even provide us with two valid pieces of information for the account you are asking for they can't do anything. It makes sense, why would they help someone who has no information..
Also, I looked into your ticket.. all the information you sent isn't correct. Update your ticket with your actual phone # that you purchased ZP from.
Your SA/Creation date/Email is wrong, they're asking you for the information from "Reperkussion" not your other account.
Edit: Its also a security issue to give away emails if you can't provide them any information.
