Well smarty pants explain this, in Alpha-Echo I get 150+ping at night but 32 during the day.
But in UK at night I get 120, us south I get 56 and west coast 78 all at night when in Alpha I am at 200. Oh wait did I forgot to tell ou I live in Ohio and the servers for Alpha are in my backyard. Well if you got a good way to explain the physics of that I will give you a cookie, servers 100 miles away give me higher ping that 1000 miles away. NOT our ISPs its the the fail servers, do to the constant stress of 230 ping South Americans. Sending hacks to the servers to further lag them. So please correct me because I am ****ed about lag and z8 seems to care less. Why not lock them in the south servers and lets us play in peace. (ping cap) -

Im so glad its not just me, I've almost cut down to not playing at all, every night i get off at 7 pm get hom e at 8 maybe try to play some crossfire. NO i get 90-100 in delta before 7pm when 7-8 hits all bets off im now 180-200 been doing this for weeks came out of nowhere no problem with my isp.
I live in WPB, FL and it happens EVERYNIGHT i stopped playing because of this. -

i try to play in the morning or just b4 that 7 time its just i mean they see all these ppl with these problems and dont take it to heart but yet we buy zp to help them make this game better uhhh this game some times -
omg wtf Z8Games! after the server maintenance my high night ping and 130 got fix and was back down to 75ping. then i log on today(1day after it fixed!) and my pign is freakin 400-700 in every freakin server wtf!!!!!???? no it doest spike but its that high and i lag like that

My ping also increases at night, from 6pm-9pm Central.
I typically get a 50 ping constant in every server, ( South Servers 38-40 ).
But in those time frames my ping is 140-160. [not playable wen your used to 50]
With so many having this prob, I kind of doubt its my ISP or any1's ISP. I've called mine about the problem, they ran diagnostics on my line during 6pm-9pm and showed that there was nothing wrong ^^.

well at least I am not the only one with problem, although I wish a lot less people had it -.-. Ya my ping gets higher 6-9pm Mountain Standard Time-MST. well my ping went back to its normal number(which im happy about, no lag spikes either.) i guess the servers on CF get "Lazy" at night and early in the morning. Z8 you really need to look into the problem with your servers. Because during the day ping is fine but during the night and early early early morining it gets too high.

yeah same with me i play uk server 1 all the time i use to hace 25to 30 ping since yesterday i have freaking 100 plus to 200 plus ping anybody knows whats going on,my internet connection has no problem its just start last patch and getting worse higher ping since yesterday 200 pluss to 300

No one can use my internet without permission. My Network is blocked to all other connections that don't have authentication. my normal ping in west and Canada servers is 75 in Canada servers and 30 in west server. at night tis 85-90 in Canada servers and around 40 in west servers. well 90 and 40 isn't so i guess i'll be alright. I just wanna know why it goes up at night and how we can fix this for everyone.

UPDATE:Hey, guys. It's ShotZee here, and I'd to update you guys on my ping problems again lol....Well it seems that at night my ping goes higher to 100+ and stays their for 20mins and at some points up to an hour. so it seems at night that theirs just more internet traffic that makes the ping go up then back down to its normal rate again. The bad thing about this is that it's harder to play with the ping going up and down(only at night=/), Z8 look into this so we can fix it. Because this never happened when SubaGames owned CrossFire. I know you guys are trying to fix CF problems and make it better, but now we have more problems then we did with SubaGames. With SubaGames the only real problems was really hackers, and there weren't that many to be honest with you. So ya Z8Games thanks for your help with previous problems, and I hope that we can fix this ping problem.

i dont have it only at night i have it all the time .. my ping in uk1 was 19/20 now its 200+ all the time really sick and i hate it. can a mod or something please say something here i sended a ticket and they told me to post it here well this is the 10th time im posting it here..

It's not the isp...it happens to me as well, I'll ping fine throughout the day at like 60-70, then at night I get 100-140..
None of the other games I play see this jump.
Oh and in the easten server I ping fine even during the night, it's just the other servers such as charlie/alpha/bravo/echo etc and that's where the majority of the people play
