i would avoid both of these, look for one with an nvidia card the ati mobility chipset really isnt very good.
Ati is has qaulity video cards for a cheaper price and the work more efficient than a nvidia, nvidia die's faster than ati that is a fact proven by me and some other guys from HIGHTECH labs some where in germany,japan and america you don't need know there name!!!!!!!!!!
GOOGLE IT ask your old neightbour he will say the same thing ask the bald guy across the street you will see ATI is better -

ATI fanboy, eh... another "fact" is that ATI is crap in laptops, and also... there's no ATI model which could possibly compete with current NVIDIA cards.
Regarding your laptop, GTX 260 is quite old, I would save up and get something else, unless you don't want to play the newest games (such as Black Ops, Metro 2033) on high fps. GTX 260 is surely enough for really smooth gameplay in CF. -
I repair laptops for a living, ATI fails plus ASUS really are the worst of a bad bunch, my own previous laptop was an asus lamborgini and it failed "a lot" i now have alienware m15x with some extras but you can get this entry level one for around $799 and it will blow all the others you looked at away, http://www.dell.com/us/p/alienware-m11x/pd?refid=alienware-m11x&~ck=mn
