M4A1 Custom Crystal?

So I just watched this video on YouTube: M4A1C-Crystal, and it appears to be somewhere here in Cross Fire North America. If it is, where do you get it? If not, what versions do have it? It looks totally sweet, I must say.

I THOUGHT THAT WAS JUST THE REGULAR CRYSTAL!

I'd say too bad that there's no permanent version, but it just doesn't seem to have the balance/accuracy of the regular M4 Crystal.

M4 crystal is the same as all the silenced m4, but with less ammo.

M4 custom crystal is stronger than it's black counterpart (m4 custom) in term of power. (so it's, with m4 custom, the most accurate m4)
