Game crash

forgive me my English...
when I turn on the game, so I only work until you find the map.so when I join my map does not load, but my game crashes.No error appears.my internet does not work.I have to restart pc.I reinstall crossfire.I reinstall pc.I turned off the antivirus,firewall,icq,skype,...I did check antivirus.No virus found.I do not know what to do.Please help.
