I'd assume at midnight, so does that mean all codes are used up in less than a 1/2 hour after daily reset? (when I checked)

what does these 2 sentecence mean?

1.- it means you can only get one code per day.

2.-It means that if you vote 6 days straight and save your codes (if you don't redeem them instantly) and then realize you want to do it you will be able to redeem 5 codes in a day only.
