then i think its pathetic. i see it all the time, in both A7 and E8.
i personally think people are afraid they wont come out of being negative, even when starting witha measly 0-1.
and my question is this: if you 'pros' dont 'tryhard' in a pub, then why do they rejoin after dying? if your not trying hard, then who cares if your negative. i think it makes you look like more of a baddie then going negative in a fun little pub. -
meh, it actually IS a problem.
This is where the clan server is excellent, or just play against teams with some self respect.

If ur negative in a scrim and want a new KD then rejoin, just do it AFTER 2:00 so u dnt spawn back in time.( If you have died be4 2:00) -

Being able to respawn is the problem.
Full B rush. First guy dies in boxroom. He instantly rejoins, respawns. Hes in a perfect position pretty much from the start to cover the back of B.
The team is back to full strength (and with advantage) while the other team for sure lost the player that killed said guy.
This is why its an issue. Just an example out of many, many of course. I would assume mid picks is an even more common situation, where one guy on BL gets picked through window or whatever, simply rejoins to be back in full strength while again, the other teams guy most likely died.
(This of course isn't a pub issue, more of an annoyance. The issue comes with E8 scrims or wherever NA teams play) -
Is this actually a time thing? I've always thought it was a matter of whether anyone on your team has died or not. (I don't personally do this but I am a bit of a slow loader into and out of games) <---- This also occasionally leads to me missing the second half of clan matches due to not getting in the lobby in time TT_TT

its not trying hard rejoining. trying hard would be camping in a pub after dying. rejoining is just done out of frustration esepicially when you get lag killed etc..
i think you should only be allowed to do it once then if you leave then you you can only rejoin once and if you dc after that. well tough you'd have to wait till the match is over.
however if someone would make a TOURNEMENT server then we could do it differently there to account for Dc's etc. -

I rejoin all the time. It has nothing to do with KDR or stats. In most pubs I just push till I die. If I die really early to something dumb I normally just reconnect and try again. It doesn't really matter, because by getting vote kicked or leaving every pub, you don't need to repair your weapons, and your stats don't get recorded.KDR resets are fine.

I don't think anyone has ever done it in a scrim I've played against. Maybe some pugs, but definitely not team vs team as it just makes your team look lowskilled. -
Rejoining in scrims is just pathetic. Rejoining in pubs is fine lol i dont even see where the problem is.
Pubs are meant to chill and get some easy frags, usually people just rush their way fraghunting. People die early, now knowing their opponents location, rejoin and kill a few. People get mad at the rejoiner. Rejoiner has kills and fun. End of happy story.
Anyway why would someone wait effing 2 whole minutes until the next round just because there is a br nerd camping somewhere so he doesnt get killed. -
sooo how could this be stopped?
make so that when u leave a game (SnD, EM, GM) there is a timer that stops at 2:05 that way if u leave the game u wont get enough time to come back in the same round.
or
plain and simple if u died at the first of the match and you rejoined (no time limit to exit) but when u log back in "with the same ID/IGN" u can re-spawn in the same round u just died in -

Do you mean when someone playing a EM/GM/S&D kills over and re-joins and then respawns and kill the whole team...?
if so, it sucks and it's getting old. -

thats the only time I Leave, if it's not for a hacker or some douch thats killing everyone and you don't have a team worth anything. -

are you sure?
i think leaving/disconnect/getting kicked all dont count your stats -

^this is correct. dc also does affect your stats. when i dc ("failed to connect to host server"), it thankfully counts the kills and deaths i've already had. otherwise i'd be playing a lot less. it would suck to get an awesome kd, then get dc'ed and have it count for nothing. -

so then why doesn't leaving damage your weapons?
