HELP! how to report without a save file.

Hello, i need your help, im trying to report a hacker named "(IGN:Porto.)", he was wall hacking (or walked though walls).

I can't report this guy without a save file? It's it possible to report him with a screenshot, the screenshot has enough proof that he hacked. Link is below you.
