Freezes/crashes after clicking setup

Last week i uninstalled CF cz of disk space. Now i want to re-install, heres wat happened:
i still had the setup, so click on it, double click, right click, left click, wtv, windows explorer freezes/crashes. cant del or anything.
so i download the new setup with cf dwnloader to desktop, then click, right click, left click, wtv, windows explorer freezes/crashes.
yes, ive used ccleaner and deleted any cf folders. wondering wats the problem

btw, i tried to use cmd.exe to delete it, but it says access denied evn if im have 100% admin rights on this account.

r u sure ur comp can hold cf u might just need a better computer

dude ive already played cf for a LONG time on this comp b4 uninstalling like last week. when i reinstall, the files seems to b corrupted
